PRESS HALL Communication Group is a co-organizer of VII All-Russia Strategic Planning Leaders Forum «TERRITORY 2020» - Strategic Planning in Russian Cities and Regions. The Forum is to take place in Saint Petersburg on October 20-21, 2008 (Lenexpo Exhibition Complex).

Organizers of the Forum are: State Duma of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Government of St. Petersburg, Spatial Planning Committee, Centre of Strategic Research, Territory Economic Development Specialist Association, Leontief Centre.

The Forum is to be devoted to settling the issues related to the creation of effective and logically built economic links among regions and development subjects of the Russian Federation. These links are aimed at uniting the vast territory of our country in a harmonious, well co-ordinated organism that can react promptly to the fluctuations of the world market.

Representatives of federal and regional authorities, municipal governments, business, infrastructure companies and experts are invited to the Forum.
