Moscow ofiice of PRESS HALL Communication Group started functioning on April 7, 2008. Mikhail Dvorkovich was elected Chairnman of the Board of Directors of the Group. Previously he was Councellor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors MIRAX GROUP Corporation. Sergey Golovanov was appointed President of the Group.

Communication group "PRESS HALL" was created in December 2007 with the aim of improving interaction between Russian and foreign media communities with the authorities, enhancing transparency in society and promoting promising and innovative media projects. Moreover, among the priorities of the company’s affairs are the issues of self-regulation in the field of information and communication.

Presently, PRESS HALL CG is an information partner and co-organizer of the two biggest investment and economic fora in Rusiia:  XII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (June 6-8, 2008) and the First Voronezh Investment Forum (June 26-28, 2008).
